Sari Data Sdn. Bhd. is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information provided by users of IACalc.

Document handling: All LLM inference routes through AWS Bedrock. Zero document content leaves the AWS account boundary. No document data is sent to external APIs. Source documents are permanently deleted after report generation. The processing pipeline is fully automated with no manual review.

Form data: Information submitted through our request forms (name, email, organisation, role) is used solely for the purpose of arranging a product walkthrough or delivering requested materials. This data is not sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes beyond the specific request.

Analytics: This website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns and page usage so we can improve the site and product messaging. Google may collect device, browser, and interaction data in accordance with its own policies.

Third-party forms: Request and sample-download forms are embedded using Tally. When you interact with those forms, Tally may process technical and form-submission data needed to render the embed and deliver the requested workflow.
